Opening Reception Sunday, January 14, 2017 from 2:00pm–4:00pm Winifred Godfrey brings a decidedly contemporary look to the long tradition of floral and figurative painting. Her work is often described as photorealistic, although her interest is more with color and composition. Working with common subjects but presented large, Winifred’s art provides a fresh view of the intricate shapes, texture and translucency of flowers.
